By submitting a reservation request through My Transfer Miami, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
About My Transfer Miami
My Transfer Miami ("Platform", "we", "us") is a private ride booking platform operated by Dravex LLC. We connect clients seeking private transportation with independent transportation providers ("Providers").
My Transfer Miami is not a transportation company. We do not own vehicles, employ drivers, or provide transportation services directly. All transportation services are provided by independent contractors who are solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings submitted through the Platform are reservation requests, not guaranteed confirmations.
- A booking is confirmed only after the Client receives written confirmation via WhatsApp or email from My Transfer Miami.
- Reservations must be submitted at least 2 hours in advance. Long-distance trips (Orlando, Key West, Tampa, etc.) require at least 24 hours advance notice.
- My Transfer Miami reserves the right to decline any reservation request at its sole discretion.
Independent Providers
Transportation services are fulfilled by independent transportation providers, not by My Transfer Miami or Dravex LLC. Each Provider is an independent contractor and is solely responsible for:
- Maintaining valid driver's license and commercial transportation permits
- Carrying appropriate vehicle insurance
- Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- The safe operation of their vehicle
My Transfer Miami does not verify, warrant, or guarantee the licensing, insurance status, or qualifications of any Provider. My Transfer Miami is not liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of any Provider.
Pricing & Payment
- All estimated fares are provided at the time of booking and are subject to confirmation by the assigned Provider.
- All payments are processed exclusively through the Platform via Stripe (credit/debit card).
- Providers are strictly prohibited from requesting or collecting any additional payments directly from Clients beyond the fare confirmed by the Platform.
- Estimated prices do not include tolls, parking fees, or airport fees unless explicitly stated.
- Gratuity is optional and at the Client's discretion.
- Waiting time charges beyond the grace period are set by the Platform, not the Provider.
Cancellation Policy

- This policy applies to all trips — free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email.
Airport Pickups
- The Platform monitors flight status and will communicate any changes to the assigned Provider.
- Domestic flights: 45 minutes complimentary wait time after landing.
- International flights: 60 minutes complimentary wait time after landing.
- After the grace period, additional waiting charges may apply.
- If the Client cannot be reached within 90 minutes of landing, the booking may be considered a no-show.
Limitation of Liability
- My Transfer Miami and Dravex LLC are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Platform or any transportation services booked through it.
- My Transfer Miami is not responsible for delays, accidents, injuries, property damage, or losses caused by Providers or third parties.
- My Transfer Miami is not responsible for items left in a Provider's vehicle.
- In the event a Provider is unavailable, My Transfer Miami will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative Provider or issue a refund.
- Total liability of My Transfer Miami shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
Passenger Conduct
- Clients are responsible for the conduct of themselves and their guests during the ride.
- Smoking, vaping, and use of illegal substances are prohibited in all vehicles.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only by passengers aged 21 and older.
- Any damage to a Provider's vehicle caused by the Client or their guests may result in charges passed through by the Provider.
- A Provider may terminate a ride if passenger behavior poses a safety risk. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Child Safety
- Clients are responsible for providing appropriate child safety seats for children under 8 years old or under 4'9" in height.
- Child seat requests should be disclosed at the time of booking.
Privacy
- Client information is collected solely to facilitate ride bookings and communicate with Providers.
- My Transfer Miami does not sell client data to third parties.

Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Florida.
- Clients agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action.
- Jurisdiction: Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes to Terms
My Transfer Miami reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
