All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email — verbal requests are not accepted.
  • Cancellation time is calculated from the moment written notice is received, not when it was sent.
  • In the event My Transfer Miami is unable to fulfill a confirmed booking, a full refund will be issued.
  • Force majeure events (severe weather, road closures, etc.) are handled case by case.
